Our Programs
We have a sponsored week of camp in July for youth (12-17 yrs) for low-income families. If you know a low-income family/youth that would benefit from the camp experience then please inform them to contact us.
May Long Weekend Camp (2022): Campers will learn about conservation through nature walks and
learn about how the bighorn sheep & Richardson ground squirrels
live in the national mountain parks! Campers will learn about
conservation and Metis culture through nature walks & guided
by educators who are wild about nature too!

Our Commitment to Excellence
Outdoor Skills
Fishing: We teach kids how to fish, fish ID, mapping, and regulations for fishing. We want all youths to have the experience of reeling in a fish!
Survival Skills: We teach how to use maps, compass, performoutdoor cooking, and ensure fire safety/health.
Science
Conservation: Catch & release, wetlands, fish habitat health, shoreline health, recycling, water pollution, and forest health.
The Environment: Marine biology, gravity, star gazing, constellations, plant identification, fish identification, fish habitat health, buoyancy and nature walks.
Culture
Culture: Canadian history and aboriginal teaching.
